商品代金以外の必要料金：
- 送料（お届け先・重量・サイズにより算出し、チェックアウト時に表示）
- 海外発送の場合、お届け先国の輸入関税・輸入消費税（VAT/GST）・通関手数料等はお客様のご負担となります（DAP条件）

- 取り寄せ商品：ご注文後にメーカーへ発注し、通常7営業日以内に発送
- 受注生産品：ご注文後に製作し、通常約1か月で発送
- 鍛造ホイール等の長納期商品：現在6か月以上。ご注文前に納期をご確認ください
返品・交換について：
- 未使用・未開封の商品に限り、商品到着後14日以内にご連絡いただいた場合に返品をお受けします（事前にご連絡ください）。
- 受注生産品・取り寄せ品（ホイールを含む）、開封済み・取付済みの商品、開封済みの油脂類・ケミカル類は、不良品の場合を除き返品・交換をお受けできません。
- 不良品・誤配送の場合は、商品到着後7日以内に注文番号と写真を添えてご連絡ください。交換または返金にて対応いたします。
返品送料：不良品・誤配送の場合は弊社負担。お客様都合の場合は、返送料・往路送料・輸入関税等はお客様負担とし、返品商品の到着確認後に返金いたします。
キャンセルについて：発送後、またはメーカーへの発注後（受注生産品・取り寄せ品）のキャンセルはお受けできません。予約注文の内金は[返金不可]とさせていただきます。

Prices: As shown on each product page, in US dollars (USD). Sales within Japan include Japanese consumption tax (shown at checkout); export sales are exempt from Japanese consumption tax.
Charges other than the product price:
- Shipping (calculated by destination, weight and size, and shown at checkout)
- For international shipments, import duties, import VAT/GST, customs clearance and handling fees in the destination country are the customer's responsibility (DAP terms)
- Bank transfer fees, if paying by bank transfer
Payment methods: Credit card (Visa / MasterCard / American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and bank transfer (for quoted orders)
Payment timing: Credit card and digital wallets: at the time of order. Bank transfer: within [7 days] of placing the order. Processing begins once payment is confirmed.
Delivery timing: According to the lead time shown on each product page.
- Ordered for you: ordered from the manufacturer after your purchase; usually ships within 7 business days
- Made to order: produced after your purchase; usually ships within about 1 month
- Long lead time items such as forged wheels: currently 6 months or more; please confirm the lead time before ordering
Returns and exchanges:
- Unused, unopened items may be returned if you contact us within 14 days of delivery (prior approval required).
- Made-to-order and special-order items (including wheels), opened, used or installed items, and opened fluids and chemicals cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.
- For defective or incorrect items, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will arrange an exchange or refund.
Return shipping: Paid by us for defective or incorrect items. For returns at the customer's request, return shipping, original shipping and any import duties are the customer's responsibility, and the refund is issued after the returned item is received.
Cancellations: Orders cannot be cancelled after shipping, or after the item has been ordered from the manufacturer (made-to-order and special-order items). Deposits on reservation orders are [non-refundable].
